I just found that the copy on my own HD is not broken (at least, it
displays page 9 OK without an error or anything) so I'll upload that today.
It should be fixed by the time you read this message *crosses fingers :) *

It's mainly intended for characters who have lots of vehicles, for instance
to write down stats for drones and vehicles you haven't heavily modified.
Page 10 is for miscellaneous equipment.
