Our group is about to try a new type of character. He is not quite a Nega
(considering that many think that it is an abortion from heck!), but similar.
Since I am only going to be playing him, and didn't really come up with the
rules, I'm going to let my GM post the rules, etc for him. No promises as to
when or if he posts it. This idea is highly experimental, and we will probably
run a couple times before posting information on the type.
