I think I'll go with this, just 'cause they ain't so much clubs, and
they ain't so much whips...besides, the upped damage code needs to be
balanced. Having it be a seperate skill might be that balance.

A point of reach makes sense, especially because of the ease at which one
can keep an opponent at bay with them. But I would say that they would
lose the reach if they were trying to grapple or disarm with them, because
that requires the use of the chain at the middle of the nunchaku.
