On the other side of the coin while the IE's are not a major factor in
my game Dragon's and the paranormal are.
I plan to start to include these things into my game. Tskrang are not
metahumans but more related to birds/dinos IMO and that is where they
come from they are egg layers after all. The first ones are going to
born in a zoo from an laying species baby Tskrang come out of the eggs
rather birds.

but it's going to take years before this will happen but it will down
time line IMO...
