Is there any possible way in which you can get your characters and their storylines to
become official in the Shadowrun universe? I just think it would be cool, and I know that
others would agree if you could write like a novel or something and send it in to see what
Wizkids think and maybe they could edit it someway.

Option #1

Write your own novel and/or sourcebook and get it published. Then you
can include reams and reams of your own characters!

Option #2

Become bestest friends with a SR freelance author and persuade/nag/bully
them into including your characters in their latest project.

Option #3

Scrawl your characters's names and exploits into your SR sourcebooks with
a red crayon and vehemently claim that yours is, "The only true copy!"

Option #4

Work your way through the ranks at FanPro or Wizkids and eventually
replace Rob Boyle. Then play god :)

Good luck! Let me know what works.

That'd be the best way, but it has the major drawback that you will have to
write something that FanPro wants to publish. You also have to get them
(him -- it's basically just Rob, after all :) to take you seriously when
you claim you can write a novel without any other published material to
your name.

It is pretty common for the current batch of freelancers to include
characters from their own campaigns in the things they write for
FASA/FanPro, however.
