Here is a question,
I have some Shadowrun Magazines of KaGe.
In the last issue it has Mana Lance,
Power Lance, and Spirit Lance in it.
Example
Spirit Lance
Type Mana Range los Target Willpwer
Duration Instant Damage D
Drain [(f/2)-1)]D
What is the Conversion for this spell.

Also I have heard of talk of a German
Shadowrun Magazine. Is it real or just talk?
If so where on the web could one find it?

There is no conversion for that spell. It is an SR2 era spell in line with
Dart (L), Missle (M), Bolt (S), and itself, Lance (D). In SR3, the combat
spells were made dial-a-yield, allowing you to choose the base damage code.

In SR4, that dial-a-yield feature has been retained as an inherent part of
the new mechanics for Force and resisting combat spells. Basic "Direct"
Combat Spells have only three distinguishing types (other than Force) -
Touch, Ranged, and Area.
