actually, If I remember right one of Carter's criticisms was that this spell
sustained itself, unlike every other spell. That was a valid point, IMHO.

]Your conservative style is biasing you to my perfectly legit spell.
Once it was changed to sustained, maybe. But I too had major problems with it
being cast and staying there by its own will. I might have misread the spell
when it first came out, but I believe that the self-sustaining nature was what
people were complaining about. Also, that spectre known as game balance. For
just a few karma, they could save THOUSANDS of dollars, and hours of work.
Could be unbalancing...

Just my 2 centavos (after Clinton, the dollar will be worth about as much as
the OLD Peso!)
