Shadowrun: BeCKs, Seattle, 2063
This is a game that will be played at rpol.net The reason I chose that is
because of the features; it has a dice roller, automatic setting of groups,
and a few other things I like. I'm not trying to spam ShadowRN, since I
have been here quite along time, I figured it would be okay to advertise my
online game on another forum this once. If anyone has a problem with this,
take it up with the admins... Actually, if anyone does have a problem with
this, please accept my apoligies. I won't do it again. Anyways, to get
into this game, go to rpol.net, look for the cyberpunk category, click on
my game (Shadowrun: BeCKs, Seattle, 2063) and click on request access to
send me a private message detailing your characters history/background/concept.
This game will be using the Shadowrun system, character generation will be
via BeCKs, with 450 karma, to represent not quite brand spanking new
runners, but still somewhat wet behind the ears.
Any questions regarding the BeCKs system, please ask.
However, what is not most important is the character generation, but rather
character history/background. When you request access, please send at least
a couple of paragraphs on your character, why he is in Seattle, why he runs
the shadows, his past job experience, etc... No need to generate the
character just yet, I want to see the background first.
We will be using the canon SR setting, but I will make an attempt to stay
away from published adventures. Story will be the most important part,
along with roleplaying; in other words, I won't be emphasizing combat,
though that certainly will exist.
Additionally, there will be some....suprises...thrown in. Lets just say I'm
a big fan of horror, and my view of the SR world is a bit darker than normal.
Finally, I expect players to post at least once a day, if at all possible.
