Ummm, why do you think where are so many debates about how spells work,
or whether a watcher can trigger a laser?? This list seems pretty
conceptually hung up to me.

Lower concealabiltiy??? What kind of gun are you talking about? A
minigun?

Yeah, but I've only ever seen a HMG used by a PC once.....HMG's are also
highly illegal while a bow is not.

That's fair enough, but my point is that the Bug City sourcebook, and any
insect hive renders samurai impotent. It's not a situation; It's any entire
city where some of the players can't do anything.
