The ICCM biofeedback filter uses a bioscanner in it's design to monitor
the decker's physical condition for an impending wetware crash and a fair
bit if processor and data transport logic circuitry as well. Since the
logic circuitry involved is directly related to the deck's MPCP, I don't
see how it could be built without the rest of the deck as well.
On the other hand (you knew there would be another hand, they do usually
come in pairs), if the decker had an encephalon implant, a medical SPU, and
a Cardiovascular monitor (see Paolo's archive at www.interware.it/shadowrun
under cyberware/medical), it might be possible to create a complex form
that would interface properly with the headware and provide an equivalent
solution.
Hope this helps...
