Hmmmm...I really don't think storage is much of a problem for otaku.

One, what would these kids really need all those files for? They think in
ways far stranger than we, so they might not see the need to grab that Ares
file.

Two, since these guys are so good, might they not be able to just kinda
"e-mail" the required downloaded material? Write a little code that says,
"Hey, Datafile 12376, go to Destination X."

Maybe not. In which case, headware is the only way to go. Especially for
the long run. But changing cash to 90,000? Sorry, these _are_ street kids
after all. Let 'em have a few runs, get some nuyen, then go under the laser
for some good headware. It's not like they have to spend money on decks or
SOTA...

Regarding VR2 in general...I like it. I'm not a fan of deckers, and I hated
to old Matrix system. I know almost all of the rules for SR2, but none of
the Matrix rules. Tell ya somethin'? However, VR2 might make a convert out
of me yet.

Now here's a question. The otaku are different. They don't need a deck to
deck. They have changed. HOW? I'll listen to any wild-assed idea...

I hate to admit this but the idea about how the otaku changed is now
very interesting to me.
I have played on various occassions cybergen (sorry to those people
on the list that hate cyberpunk) and the wizard is almost
identical. So currently I am working on a way to cross convert the
bolter, tinman, scanner, and alchemist. As this could bring some fun
into playing SR2

It seems to be either that point of view, or the exact opposite once you're
used to them... I know into which group I fall...

The talk between Ambrose and The Laughing Man at the beginning of VR2 could
shed some light onto this, if anyone feels like deciphering everything they
say...
