It still means something. Just nowadays, a lot of former alternative music
has become mainstream, although they still label it "alternative", as if it
could be a label! Fortunately, my kind of "alternative" musci still is
alternative: gothic, electro, industrial (and for all these I mean the
music like it is called this way in Europe (and every day more in America),
not the American (White Wolf popularized) "industrial/gothic" like Sisters
of Mercy, Nine Inch Nails (though these ar neat too).

AHA!!! Suddenly, I see that I have the wrong name here... IBM's networking
system isnt a Token ring, its a TOLKIEN ring!!!
