LONDON. The British government has admitted that it is seriously

PRIVACY GROUPS DOUBT CARNIVORE REPORT
WASHINGTON, DC. A controversial report clearing the FBI's Carnivore
e-mail snooping system of serious overstepping hasn't settled the
concerns of privacy advocates. The battle now moves to the US Congress
and the courts.
