And, if you think you've found them, make sure you let go before you
pass out. Game myself quite a bit of a headrush with only a few
(like... 3) seconds of pressure. Hmm, just did it again... that's
kinda fun... I think I'll stop before I kill too many brain cells
though.

I disagree. I've been near passing out due to my own pressure on the
windpipe. But, then again, I'm not exactly normal. I'm fairly sure I
could put myself on the floor with a choking action.

Of course, if "strangle" is similar to "electrocute", that is, it
implys death due to lack of air, then no, I haven't done that.
