angry sometimes. :]

I just drink a lot of Coke and Capri Sun. Then there are the multitudes
of donuts and junk food that I eat, I'm way too hyper sometimes.

I think that there are almost enough people from Seattle.WA.US to
constitute a RN meeting...

SrOb: Wonder how soy-coffee tastes? Is it like that instant stuff in
the little jars? What about cows? Just how much livestock is there
in North America since the NAN took so much land? From the sourcebooks,
it seems like the UCAS has pretty muched left large portions of its
territory open in favor of mega-cities... Hrm.

No Mountain Dew?!?! Especially now that Payless is having a $2.39 per half-rack
sale? Sinner/heathen/heretic!

I'd say it tastes like Navy coffee made with generic freeze-dried crystals.
(Strong sludge with salt. mmmmmm....) As for the cows, I'd say that the NAN nations on the
other side of the scale from all out environmental chaos probably keep some herds of
cattle. Beef's too popular not too, and the soy substitutes are well known for being
inferior to the true product.

But, but, it's yellow! I fear yellow carbonated drinks. Oh yes, I just
noticed that you are typing everyone on one line. That's a little
annoying to people that don't have line-wrap capabilities... =)

> There are a lot of us, aren't there? Where should we meet?

Uh... Would it be anti-FASA-ish if I suggested the new WotC Gaming Center
place? We can kill Magic players and whatnot. But, seriously, from what
I've heard that place is really killer... Even compared to Speilberg's
GameWorks. It's cheaper, too. Not to mention the Battletech modules
like they have in Chicago.

They could always ditch the nasty cows and raise Buffalo. Besides, Buffalo
tastes a lot better than beef.

It's not too bad. The upper area is a game store, a video arcade,
a small snack area and the Battletech pods. The lower area is the Magic
table area, the computer network, and some lounge chairs. Not as many
video games as Gameworks, but a lot more attractive to us gamer geeks.

In Seattle? We're among the more sedate drivers in the world!

Dew is good... but everyone is scared of Yellow #? because drinking
gallons of it will shrink a certain circular pair of items. =]

Heh... I also have a little card thing from WotC saying I get to have
one game of Battletech for free. This is what I get for cheating on
an Arena League Judge test and subscribing to the Duelist many moons
ago. (BTW, that magazine takes forever to come out and isn't that good.)

> In Seattle? We're among the more sedate drivers in the world!

Yeah... the Fred Meyer down here in Renton has it every once in awhile,
my dad waits for it to go in the "Reduced Price" bin and we get a bunch
of it. It's rather expensive.

Sedate drivers? You know how many times I've almost been run over by
crazy fools for going when it was my turn at a 4-way stop? Argh! BTW,
I liked your last quoting thing that did the "Skye>" dealy, the new one

OT, but not really -- has anyone heard of the "buffalo commons" concept?

With a lot of the high plains not really appropriate for farming (as was
proved by the "Dustbowl" disaster of the 1930s) people have started bandying
the idea of buying up farms in the areas, and returning them to a pre-farm
state-- i.e. prairie and buffalo.

Certainly won't happen in the near future, but I think it's a good
possibility for some of the NAN, like the Sioux Nation.

Hmmm...... I can see that, but how would the terrain modifying
magicks affected the areas in question? Would proximity to the Tir decrease
chances of acheiving a prarie state?

I look the new one, and it's easier to cope with multi-person
citation areas. After two or three people, the tags take up more space than
the message. And nothing compares to Neapolitan drivers in August. Yeesh!

Yellow Carbonated drinks. You should try Red-Eye. Looks like Mountain
Dew, tastes like raspberry, and has more caffeine than Jolt. :)

That's frightening. There's an idea for the speed sam: no bio/cyber
enhancements, but a _heavy_ need for potent caffeine/sugar combos. What
would the SR version of Afri-Cola, Dew, or Red-eye be?

I don't think that magic would be a big factor. The Sioux Nation is separated
from the Tir by the S-S Council and the Rockies.

I was thinking more of S-S Council..... Sioux Nation'd probably be
a go, although you'd want a little magic to facilitate the process of
reclamation.

Soy-caf probably tastes as much like coffee as soy-milk tastes like
milk (not bad, but not milk). Now imagine what soy-herbal tea tastes
like :)
