It toggles Degreelessness mode, IOW invulnerability without the weird
negative you get from picking up an invulnerability thingie.

God, I can't believe I'm posting on this.. Hrm.. Maybe I should borrow my
SNES back so I can finish the SNES version real quick before my friend
wants it back..
