Actually, there are "less [sic] television watchers." The Internet is
causing TV viewing to drop measurably.

IMC I ignore all the satellite and cable rules from _Shadowbeat_ and
assume all trid entertainment comes over the Matrix line. Much of it's
interactive, too. There are still some broadcast radio and TV signals,
but most folks only tune into them when they're traveling. That's where
we're headed now -- one wire into the house. Considering that the impact
of the Internet was drastically underestimated even in the early 90's, I
can't blame Paul Hume for extending the status quo when _Shadowbeat_ was
written.
