Well that is a real good guess..I just called a local travel agent..I
figured you were right..it was time to quit guessing..So I called..I
had to do a little bit of guessing since I don't know exactally where
you live or the exact dates of GenCon or exactally how long you want
to stay..so here are the factors I used when talking to the
agent..Round trip from Copenhagen to Miliwaki, Aug 12 for a week..She
quoted me 2 prices the first [In US funds] $1240 the second $978...If
you were going to fly before March you could do it for $516..Well
there you go..I have heard that you can get even better prices if
you find the ticket online..

True. Check out Microsoft's Expedia for one. There are at least
a couple more like them on the net as well.

Copenhagen isn't really nextdoor from here, but it'll do. At the very
least it sort of confirmed my guess.

If I were to fly before March I'd have to stay in the US for half a
year...

I didn't really figure it would be..but I couldn't think of the names
of any other city..My Eurogeography is way rusty..

Goal satisfied :)

But..you would prove yourself a diehard fan! ;)

It just shows the inequity in winter and summer rates..odd isn't
it..when you would think they would want to fill as many planes as
possible they jack the prices beyond the regular person's normal
means..
