Maybe it's your e-mail address or something in your .sig. :P Are you
telling your mailer to use a specific header, or possibly a MIME
content-type that is unsual?

My argument for it being on your end is that it doesn't happen with
anyone else's mails. However, I'm much more inclined to believe OE is
messed up than KMail. [I don't know about Pegasus -- It's mature and
all but wasn't it originally for something other than POP3?]
