Here's one. Stop using IE 4.0, and get yourself a real email client.

Send email from a web browser, and it's no wonder it looks at you
funny and asks "plain text? what's that?".

All I have to say to this is:

b) Rephrase: my WORKPLACE uses IE 4.0 and I'm not allowed to use
anything else. Okay?
