Actually, that answer is known to some. It has to do with "Jesus" living in
Southpark as well. After every episode that Kenny dies...Jesus walks up to
the body (in whatever condition it is in)..speaks to the spirit of Kenny,
chastising him for just not taking such good care of himself, and being more
careful not to piss off his father (aka: GOD :-) so as to have better luck
(or some such nonsense)...then Jesus holds his hands aloft, says something
dramatic and lordly....a small angelic noise is heard...and Kenny is arisen
yet again....

Or at least, that is the story that I've been told...
