Bounces that made it back to the list. On the original list of the top
500, the second place person with >3200 messages was the server itself -- I
removed it from the one I sent out, but missed that one.

Oh, that's rich. Gurth has more posts that the server itself!

I've noticed an insane urge to post blatantly OT posts (Like this
one) just to raise up the stats. I was pretty depressed when
Drekheads count brought me down to 20th overall. But then, I've
posted more reactions than J. Keith Henry, so I'm up to 19.

The world is now a happier place. :)

I just thought of an on topic thing, but I'll sling it as a seperate
post so that people ignoring this thread don't miss it. [hey, that
will also boost my count by one...]

Sigh. Whose bright idea was this again?

Wouldn't that by any chance be caused in large part by the infamous loop
that caused everyone to get 400+ forwarded messages from someone whose
account had been shut down?

I was kind of shocked to notice I've posted more than three times as many
messages as Hayden ever did... And that includes adding some of the other
addresses he used.

Anyway you'll have an easy time passing someone who doesn't subscribe
anymore :)

Imagine dialing into your provider one morning and discovering 300+
messages that, in total, took about half an hour to download on a 28K8...
Plus a hundred more the next day before someone managed to put a stop to
it :/

I do that almost every day...

Of course, they usually aren;t bouncy error messages, but...

Because of the way cary.net works (The server that SRCreate and the SW
Mailing List runs), I get all the bouncy aerror messages personally,
because the server doesn't just delete accounts automatically when mail
bounces...

I only get one bounce per message, but... Most of the three weeks I was
offline, I had three bad addy's on the SWML, and ended up with around 300
"Error" messages for those 3 weeks (Fortunately the SWML doesn;t have near
SRN's traffic:)).

Anyways, this is WQAY off topic, so...

See ya!
