Well..in case you give a shit, this is what happened to me today, and then
I'll explain why I've been so quiet lately.

I wake up as usual, late for school. Rush rush rush, only 10 minutes late.
Lunchtime, so I run home ( I don't drive :) throw the sound card back
into my computer, boot, test, excellent. Go back to school for a math
test, and ace it, of course ;). Come back home, attempt to install the
'Plug and Play' modem my friend lent me. My ass!
Ok, put the fragging computer back together. Works fine. Clean my desk and
the floor underneath, move computer from kitchen table back to desk. Boot.
BEEP! Nothing. Open it up, jiggle a cable, it boots. Go downstairs
because nature is yelling. Finish, and open a door into my god damned
face, breaking my glasses, cutting under an eye, and giving myself a nice
bump on my forehead. As you can tell, my computer did properly boot
though, and my old 14.4 modem still works :P

As for email problems, it seems this account is not sending email very
well, it's spitting back some messages, and not others. I'm gonna phone my
provider tommorrow and see WTF is up. I apologize to anyone who has sent an
email to me over teh past week or so and hasnt' gotten a response.

Yeah we had a day like that also. Got up early Wednesday morning
and the PC is dead. Thought it was the motherboard or the power
supply. Ended up replacing both. So I can relate!

We all give a sh!t [varying degrees of course]...
And I can relate as well...Fri morning I got off work at 0600..This
was to be my last mid shift for the next 2 months..I had determined
to stay up all day to get back online with sleeping at night and
being awake during the day..I also had TONS to accomplish..Including
getting coal for my furnace..Yes I have an arcaic heating system..to
top it off the coal mine -only- sells stoker coal [the kind I need]
on Fri from 1000-1500...I sat down at around 0830 and woke back up at
1530...so I can relate..
