This (unlike the rest of that post) was, of course, rather off-topic,
so I regret having written it; I apologize. Any debates on this should
take place off-list. The only exception that I can see is that FanPro
will be limited by German laws in regard to the contents of Shadowrun
material; this would, so far as I know, mean, for instance, that they
couldn't depict a member of a neo-Nazi policlub as having a swastika
armband in a drawing. If the court case in question were to go against
Yahoo, it would mean that, even if Wizkids got another publisher for
such, they couldn't ship it into Germany without facing sanctions.
