just want to add, I'm information science student and I also know about it.

Heh. Actually, you did not *prove* the inverse of my statement. The
inverse of my statement would be: "Because it [Acrobat] is better.
Because you have to be a doctoral student in mathematics to know about
it [Acrobat]."

student of japanese science and economics - Ha! No math involved, no
computers involved and even I know it ;)

That's because TeX can handle those fonts well. Still a specialist usage. ;)

Can't get it to work though - at least not Umlaute and CJK in the
same text...but I'm working on it.
Most ppl who are studying japanese sciences I know do not even know
how to write computer ;)
