Doom. Quake. Quake 2. Descent (actually, we're still working on that one).
Abuse. Golgotha, but it's not out yet. Oh, that's six. My bad.

Actually, I could just paste in a list of the 200+ games supported by MAME
and be done with it.

If it really bugs you, run all the `cool' games under wine or wabi or
dosemu. Or dual-boot if you must.
