Of COURSE the customer is always right!!! That's why we let the schmuck
who'd bought a brand new, top o' the line PB Pentium 133 w/16 MB RAM, took it
home, opened it, and ripped out the CPU and mem chips, then brought it back
saying it didn't work walk out of the store with a full refund! <Grumbling
about idiotic management ensues>

Yeah, it's bound to happen that some of them are going to get through.
There's really not much they can do except use nothing but new parts - what
an odd concept! =) It's actually surprising that we haven't seen it
splattered all over the news. <Subtle attempt at bringing it back on-topic> I
guess this gives us a good model for how the megacorps handle the press in
SR. They're already starting, too. =)
