Much to my dismay, it IS open-ended. Always. (Unless the GM rules
otherwise).

Or, better yet, get a die from a casino or something. So it will roll
a normal statistical distribution for a D6... Not those cheap funky
gaming dice...
(On the last SW session, I've changed the wild die about 5 times...)
