Biggish guy. Full beard. Much body hair. Probably in his late 30s or older.

In a complete Sailor Moon costume, socks, wig, skirt, the whole deal.

We tried to wait until he was out of earshot outside of the Safe House..
but.. we failed.

I can understand - but I would be more likely to just sit there
in shock for a few seconds ... then wonder what happened in his head to get
him to do that .... ;)

WAIT!!! Yes, I DO remember this guy now. The blueish outfit (top was at
least?) ... gods, I really think I do recall this now ...

.. not that this is necessarily a good thing, even *I* have my limits to this
kind of stuff.

I have a picture of this guy in all his glory (I asked him to
pose--hey, if you dress like that, you'd *better* expect to be
asked to pose!) He was very gracious.

I'll post it tonight for the list's enjoyment and edification. :)
