That's not always how it works. Years ago when Bog & Idé was the main improter
for M:TG in Denmark, they had cards shipped directly to them from Belguim, at
the same time as the cards was shipped to the US. Effectively we had the cards
in the stores before they were in the stores in the US.

The same goes for boardgames from Kosmos, when Rio Grande publish them in
English, they are printed in Germany. The danish distrubuter AWES usualy gets a
shipment sent directly from Germany to Denmark, at the same time as it is sent
to the US.

But in any case this is now totally OT.
