For the US I would say Main Street, followed by Oak or Maple Street.
The most common county name is Washington and town name is
Springfield.

Main Street may be the most cliched name, but iirc it's not
(statistically) the most common name.. I think whoever said High Street
was correct. IIRC, the most common name for a high school in America is
JFK or Kennedy High -- at least, it's always that way in the movies :)
