It's my fault. I'm going from Australia to America in a little over 2
weeks, with part of my trip including Gencon. Some of our American
readers managed to get their hands on a packet of Tim Tams a couple of
months ago and REALLY enjoyed them. As I am making the trip over, I
thought I could take some packets with me, and trade them for some SR
books.

Enough said. If you are interested in doing any trading, we should
probably take this to private email. Otherwise GridSec will be jumping
up and down on us :)

I'll be going nomail on Friday 23JUL99, so I will need to finalise
things by then.

cheers
Geoff

Oh, they are... They are. Compared to the cookies from the US they're
heaven in a biscuit (no pun intended... well, to hell with it, pun
intended).

They sort of sound like Oreo's to me, only with fudge filling and dipped in
chocolate. I wonder why something similar never caught on here.

They are NOTHING like Oreos. I like Oreos, but they can't hold a candle
to Tim Tams.

I mean, you can't bite opposite corners off an Oreo and then suck brewed
coffee through it :)

cheers

Sounds like sugar wafers to me, dipped in chocolate.

If that is all they are, I can help us on this side of the Lake back them.
It is easy to make dipping chocolate.

We actually had an ad campain about the never ending packet of
Tim Tams (hail the great biscuit). To be honest though.. i would have
taken the dinner with Kimberly Davis which was the alternative in one
of the ads. Tim Tams are good.. but do they keep you warm at night?
(Can no one tell my wife about my sordid past... and no Arkham
comments either!)

Tim Tams aren't meant to keep you warm at night... the chocolate would melt
all over you, and while you might find that kinky, it's a terrible thing to
get out of the sheets.

And the guy DID want to take the date with Kimberly Davis. It was his
girlfriend who threw the spanner in the works, remember?
