Are you French? If so, from all people sick of the stuck up French people, I
urge you to look up. You should see above you a large fish wriggling as it
plummets towards the ground. You don't know how it got there, but it appears to
still be alive. It's getting closer, and closer and closer, until with a

That was fun! Thanks, Richard Gaywood for complaining about the lack of THWAPS!
Uh-Oh. I've now pissed off all Frenchmen. Oh well, they don't really count :^).

Oh, and all of that should be taken with a large smiley. But feel free to throw
a carp my way. I kinda deserve it *sheepish grin*

Erm... I'm _guessing_ the above is supposed to read "THWAP," but it
doesn't on my monitor, not with the proportional font I use normally nor
with a fixed-width font...

The key to ASCII art is to do it in a fixed-width font, so it will (can?)
look the same on everyone's screens.

Speaking as a Welshman, I should probably start talking about the rugby now.
But I won't, because we'll probably lose on Saturday...

And I would imagine your Irish is half is just plain pissed ;o)

And why is that? You said Le Sigh. That connoted to my not-too-bright,
tired-of-all-the-French Canadians American mind that you were French. If
that is not the case, I apologize for the insult. :^)

Well, as I said, the French don't count :^). In the immortal words of King
Arthur in Monty Python's "Quest for the Holy Grail", I ask you "what are
you
gonna do? Bleed on me?"

*Then Strago realizes he's half Irish. "Uh-oh. Buy you a shot of whiskey?"

I've just realised how phenomenally badly written that was. That extra "is"
really buggers up the meaning. Teach me to write emails whilst cooking ;o)

It should have read
"And I would imagine your Irish half is just plain pissed"
ie. as you pointed out, I am implying that all Irish are alcoholics.
Actually, Ireland is the only country in the world where drunken rambler is
a recognised profession, only they call 'em poets because it sounds better.

{all with loads of ;o), natch}
