Did anyone happen to get word on the official status of ED while at GC. They
were supposed to be seeking someone to take it, then they were also supposed
to post an update on the web a couple times. Just wondering if anything had
come of it.

Figures my first post wouldn't be of Shadowrun. Oh well can't Lurk forever.

When at Gen-Con I talked to (for the life of me I can't remember his first
name) Kipp, who, when asked of what had become of the Dragons Sourcebook said
to the effect that another company had taken it over and it might be coming
out in October. He declined to mention who the company was, and I wasn't
about to press him for details.

My errand boy (who couldn't find K) said he heard that the other
company wasn't found yet or maybe it was Pagan Press perhaps or one of
the smaller companies that publishes CoC suppliments. It was another of
the quest items he was in search of for me.

Kipp? I didn't meet any "Kipp", but I know that Rett and Jill mentioned it.
I also remember from the seminar, that an assumption that whatever company
would pick up the ED gameline, the "Dragon's" book was already done, and would
be ready for them to print/publish immediately upon it's aquisition.

More importantly, how is the fact that ED is leaving the FASA fold
going to impact SR? Will Mike finally get to drop the whole
IM/enemy bit that has plagued him for all this time?
