I do! But I think it was when he got wet or something. I remember
watching that before school, and I can still picture that kid transforming.
I have no idea what it is called though.

It was called Turbo Teen.
He changed into a red sports car when he got wet.

Yes, it was Turbo Teen, but he changed when he got hot, not when he got wet.
I remember distinctly an episode when he was armwrestling someone, and his
hand got hot and turned into a tire so he could beat the guy. Then they
poured a cold drink on it and it turned back. I think there was another
episode when they went to Mexico and he managed to turn by eating a Jalepeno
(which i thought was really corny, btw.)
