The "World" title designation that the WWF holds is actually not bestowed
on itself by the WWF. The wrestling media chooses which titles are called
a "World" title. The main WWF title is called, IIRC, the "World Wrestling
Federation Heavyweight Championship". No mention of it being a world title
is mentioned, aside from the promotions name, which it has had for a long
time (Previously was WorldWide Wrestling Federation).

Considering the WWF tours Europe each year, has talent deals with various
organizations in Mexico and Japan, and has absolutely no restrictions about
what country it signs its talent from (Remember some guy named Hart? Not
American. Neither was his brother, or The British Bulldog, Yokozuna, etc.),
your statement is not only false, but rather ridiculous. The fact that the
majority of pro wrestlers in american promotions is not surprising, just
the same as the majority of wrestlers in mexican promotions are mexican,
and the same holds true for Japan.
