I'm happy and I need someone to vent at. ;)

I went to the bank today, did a withdrawl at the cash machine, and FORGOT
to get the cash.

I made it a block and a half away before I remembered. Knowing the $$ would
be gone, I went back to the bank, just in case, and to get more $$ (and
REMEMBER to take it this time...) and asked at the desk nearest the machines.

Lo and behold, someone had turned the $$$ in. I was completely shocked,
since I always hear of the same thing happening to friends, and the money
going bye bye.

So, someone in this city has a huge thank you coming, and a bit of Good
Luck for their happy deed, and I'm telling everyone since I can't thank
that person.

OK, I don't get it. I consider myself to have a memory like a...metal
thingy with holes in...sieve! The only way I can remember stuff is
a) routine or b) my pilot. I just don't understand how somebody
could go to an ATM for money and forget it... :-/

So your friends forget money too? What's up with the air out west? ;-)

It's sunny today, and my allergies are acting up. Add allergy meds to heart
meds, and one gets quite spacey. ;)

I'm amazed I remembered where I live......

Ok... I could see forgetting the receipt or posibly the bank card... but
the money? *shakes his head* I couldn't see that happening...

But then again, I have no room to comment on this.. in Florida, I went
to buy film... I gave the cashier the money, got the change, and left
without the film. Luckily the person behind my in line was kind enough
to run it out to me.

That is way cool that someone turned the cash in.

It's the altitude, there is no air up here :)

Hmmm... I guess I really do pull my ideas out of thin air.

<chuckle> Well, you may have been out of it at the ATM, but you seem to
have found your wits in the meantime :)
