ok call me stupid. I hadn't read the section first. Bergen is of course
not in The Netherlands. Ooops....Amsterdam however is.....
Hmm..How about counterculture capital of Europe. Good smuggling port for
drugs, BTL etc.
Great Flood of 2011 flooded out most of place when Ijsselmeer Dam burst.
Much of North and West still flooded in 2059. Instead of Go-Gangs
you have water gangs on jetskis. Looks like The HElix Data Haven (smaller
then nexus of course) is located somewhere in it.
Sounds like an interesting place. Apologize for mix up. Was looking at
wrong page and not thinking.

It's actually in the Hague, which is a little further to the south.
Incidentally, the Helix was first mentioned in the Denver boxed set (although
it wasn't called by name as such).
