Yes,i have this question since i discovered that if the police catch my
players....with all the weapons they carry and all bio-cyber
ware...bye,bye group!:-(

and since they knew that i cant catch them...you can imagine...:-(

??? You can't? It is not that hard to create a new group, or an
interesting adventure idea (escape from Prison, get rid of all
cyberware blockers....) Who says you can't capture a whole team when it
acts stupid? I leveled a whole group just because they made a stupid
mistake (OK, I told 'em they woke up again, but their faces were really
funny to watch :-). Sure you can, especially if they provoke it.

Go on, drop whatever run they are currently doing, and arrest 'em.
Basta.
