Restricted Target gives it -1 Drain Target, so it would take a Barrier spell
from [(F/2) +2]S to [(F/2) +1]S

Very Ristricted Target gives it -1 Drain Level, so it would become [(F/2)
+2]M (ie it'd make it a Bullet/Blade/etc Barrier)

Personal Spell would give it -3 Drain Levels, so it'd become [F/2) +2]L
