Pete you're back. Wanna argue genetics? ;-)

Goodie!
Maybe it's those Rocket Skates I ordered from the ACME company!
The last pair backfired and almost blew my legs halfway to my Duodenum.
But I'll get that pesky Road Runner yet.
With My Life's Blood I swear it!

Nightlife, old chap, how are you keeping?

Genetics? Nah, I know Frogs can survive the mutation effects and
thrive. <g> You just wait until Lost World, that'll prove some of my
theories.

<grin>

Now where did I put that gauntlet with the dead frogs and silly film
quotes??? :)

Hey Nightlife. If you take a chicken and cross it with a duck, would
you get a platypus. <snigger>

Oh by the way, did you know it has been proved incontrovertibly that you
*can* have half elves in Shadowrun.

Just cut their legs off. There you have it... Half an elf... :)

The only good immortal elf is a dead one, and as we all know, that's not
far away. After all.

<silly french accent>
"There can be only one."

While I'm rambling here. I have a question for Mike when he returns from
his recent loss. (condolences)...

Why are FASA so evasive at making a committed statement regarding Space?
The Mars Mission in Missions is such a cop out, it's almost a joke. No
offence intended, but Orbitals and such like were introduced to
Shadowrun right at the beginning. It really would be nice to see
something firm come from FASA, and a commitment to clearing up some of
the stranger questions and problems. Along with some information that
covers the orbital stations, who owns them, works them, how they're
supplied, transport and civilian commitments, funding, involved
corporations, exploration, etc. etc. <grin> You'll notice I don't want
much. :)

Also, Dark Conspiracy released a cute US map showing the cities and
megaplexes of the game time, and areas they called Demon Ground. In the
box set Land of the Free, CP2020 also released a map of the US, showing
existing cities, megaplexes and operational highways. What are the
chances of FASA releasing something similar, that will let all of us
avid GMs and players know what cities are still populated, where all the
megaplexes are, the existing transcontinental highways that are used for
the transportation of goods. Where the badlands are..... I mean, it's
been 37 sourcebooks and 22 modules and we still don't have a decent map.
<g>

Ok, you guys in the US can have free maps from AAA just by joining them,
but us Europeans have to pay for everything, and getting maps of the US,
that are a sensible size and maps of cities is a real pain in the butt.
Those of you who have the Land of the Free box set will know the map I'm
talking about. Something like that would be a godsend from FASA. Any
chance then Mike?

Please?
