Under which circumstances are Physical Adept abilities cumulative with
cyber & bio?

It seems that Improved Attribute IS cumulative, but what about Improved
Reflexes or Improved Ability? If you get Muscle Aug and it boosts your
reaction, is it cumulative with the reaction boost from Improved
Reflexes? What about, for example, Improved Ability (Athletics) level 1
and Enhanced Articulation? Do you get 1 or 2 extra dice?

As far as we have played it (which is not at all, our physads never
had implants), they are completely compatable unless explicitely stated as
not, which just basically means only one source of extra intiative dice,
and anything else goes.

I'd say all those sound legit. Imporved Attribute increases natural
value; no conflict there. Improved reflex doesn't say, but I can't see
why it would not work (though I think physads get a much better deal on it
than wired reflexes gives in SR3). Improved abilty should also combine
with other sources of extra dice; add p4mo, sybthacardium, etc, and
athletics rolls just get silly.
