Alright let me delve into this a little farther...
I am making this mage group *of evil mages* the plot line is
still a little thin (still working out the bugs... *no pun intended*)
The group is a long term group that my players have been seeing
around throughout several adventures. The premis behind it is simple
(so if you have xtra suggestions *they are also welcome*) they are
a magical group of runners that decided to start their own import
company, they scour the lands in search of paranormals which they
capture (or kill if they have to) and then sell off to other corps
and talismonger/mages.
(i.e. capture cocatrices & eggs and sell as paranormal security)
The group has ammased a decent amount of money and have gained
some considerable karma. Then they started getting into more and
more nasty encounters. The group initially started alot larger,
but many were lost (mostly adepts) in the most recent trip to Atzlan.
After that trip they had not only caught some paranormals, but had
run across a Temple where they picked up ancient tomes. They cooled
the import buisness and shifted their efforts to only minor
paranormals trips and started delving into a little black slavery,
and research of the new tomes they had just found.
*where they would pay off lone sharks debts for servitude, or
buying off the japaneese/chineese black markets.*

Now as I said they have been seen several times now by the group
under different circumstances (and mostly been ignored). Now it
just so happens that one of my players has an identical twin
<evil GM grin> that was sold on the market, and the party just
happened to be bodyguards of a corp at the auction.
Seeing the likeness one of the members of the group bought the
twin back for closer study (*boy is she pissed*), he even hand
the audacity to ask her what she liked and disliked after the
auction. (anyway)... now of course I have flowed out most of the
major points of the run but I need to finished up the details.

I need to choose spells for the Mages/Shamans
After reading the Voodoo stuff I may change one of the Mages
to a Voodoo expert.
This may seem like a very buff group but the way I have planned
it my players will be making their assult with the help of a
Feathered Serpent (the dragon from bottled deamon). Also the
evil group is in the middle of a Ritual cermony that takes
30 hours. *making 6 of the mages/shamans basically useless*.
So the Physical Adept the 2 toxic shamans and the rigger/decker
*and drones* have to hold off 10 players with minor support
from a dragon. Of course they have to get there before they
sacrifice the twin (and 2 other individuals: one of which is
a friend of the dragons).

That's why I asked for help I would like to put a person behind
this masked Wolverine that why I wanted to know what skills and
adept powers, etc...

P.S. the dragon want's to destroy the whole group because the
ritual spell they are trying to cast converts the slayed persons
skill/attributes into raw Karma (which can be used to make power
nodes or to summon great beings...etc...), otherwise the dragon
would care less about human affairs.
