Subject: Physical Adepts--new rule system ?!?

Someone quite kindly sent me the WWW address I was looking for, so I went
wandering over there last night. The author of the sight had rewritten
the rules concerning PhA's. I'm not sure if I agree with his approach,
but I wanted to hear the opinions of the netgurus. So if you have too much
time on your hands, go look at this sight.

Like I said, it might make them a little *too* powerful by doubling their
possible magical enhancements. Maybe it would better to make the
'sammie-like' powers cheaper.
