First, and OT... everytime y'all say Lady J, I think of the GI Joe cartoon.

Second, and a bit more on topic: Would having things like metal pins or
plates implanted in the body to help it heal (like with Madam Scaramouche)
affect someone's essence? Will all of those weird uncles with plates in their
head have aural damage if and when we can take a peek at them?
