I get problems with this as well Paul, any ideas? It keeps bouncing back
with 'Correction Timed Out'.

I got it fine at ~10pm, now I bounce off it too :(

Have to see if I can salvage a cached copy.

All I had to do to get it was to go to http://files.fco.gov.uk/info/briefs/
and then follow the link there to 1566.pdf.
