Thanks for all the responses I've been getting requesting my guides to
Decking/Combat/rigging etc.

The volume of response has however made me realise that there are a large
number of newb's that are really struggling with the rules esp. decking and
magic. It also made me realise that the short references I've written
aren't really up to scratch at all.

Rather than send the already messy (the term ghoul's breakfast comes to
mind) loosely structured references/guides to people and risk embarrasment,
I would rather take a week to do what I originally wanted with them.

One document for each category: Rigging, Magic, Decking, Combat.

Including -
Short introduction page to that particular guide.
Explanation of that particular system and it's overall rules.
Step by step simple listing of performing each particular action used as a
reference.
All the references(Tables) that someone may need, so that a GM could print
the whole thing out and hand it to all their players and say "There! now
stop bugging me!"

GM's can then edit the document before printing it to match their particular
rules and then give it to the great unwashed masses they refer to as
players. ;-)

As I complete each one ("Plastic Rat's fast and dirty guide to decking 2.0"
should be out at the end of the week) I'll send it to some of the people
that have contacted me regarding the guides already. Once I've gotten
aproval and positive feedback from a few people including one of the Admins
to make sure it doesn't violate copyright, I'll place it on a website
somewhere.

regards
shannon
