In that case, take a look at my page and download Paranoid Animals of
North America, there's a speed samurai archetype there with initiative
18+4D6, made using the normal character generation rules. You could get it
his initiative higher by adding in reaction enhancers, but those weren't
available when the char was created.

One way I can think of is move-by-wire level 4, or MBW3 plus synaptic
acelerator level 1. If this is the case, the real question here is: where
did you get the MBW...?

The GM got mad at me and killed my player :( But now I am going to be a
Wolf Shaman :) hehehe, and we are letting a new person join us, he is a
jerk so I think I will toy with him for a while ;)
my shaman is an Elf, has a Human Chemist mother, a Elf shaman Father, and
a Sister (unknown what she is hasn't spoken to her in a while).
this player has a spell design of 8, and a Kung Fu specialization of 8,
and he has 7 spells.

And, would you please stop sending MIME attachments? Maybe
your mailer will allow you to "read" your .sig into your
posts. Or could you at least try to change your settings
