Well, I may owe Pete Sims an apology. It seems as though all the
drivel was generated by someone using his account. I just have two
things to say:

- be careful who you let use your account. Your name is on them, and
you are ultimately responsible for what they say/do.

- I would have realized sooner what was going on if I hadn't had to
wade through 240 messages, most due to that, and other, stupid threads
I will not mention.

Sorry for jumping the gun, and if I seem harsh, but I meant what I
said.
Let's discuss Shadowrun, and have fun, OK? :)
Thanks.

Not necessary, I should have kept a closer eye on what was going on. :)

I know this, and am more than aware of it, however, I would have been
much happier if the flaming that was recieved had been directed at me
personally, The people who napalmed the person using my account seemed
intelligent enough to single her out, and not me.

The mail she got had arrived in a temporary mail box I'd set up for her,
and not in my account box. :( They had re-addressed the mail to Blaze,
and not just sent it my account. :(

That was the original intention. To discuss Shadowrun. Unfortunately,
as you probably noticed, things got a little out of hand.

As regards your previous post, (which I haven't bothered to answer) No I
don't think Steve and I were hoping for a prize, it's just that we were
both on-line most of the weekend, and seemed to be holding a
conversation with each other. This might have been better dealt with by
e-mail, but it was sort of Shadowrun(ish) vaguely. :)

It would appear that we are both a little irrelevant at times, but I'm
afraid that's the problem of having a sense of humour and wonder. I
will try to stick to Shadowrun *related* stuff in future, though I'm
afraid that may be difficult, I'm not a rules lawyer, and quickly lose
interest in rules debates. Sorry, that's just me. :)

I have a lot of opinions and ideas concerning Shadowrun, and write (on
occassion) enthusiastically about it. But I don't want to become
embroiled in "rules" debates. :( What's there is clear to me, and if it
isn't I change it. My SR game is one of the few that barely resembles
the core game anymore, I've added that much in it's become a large
hybrid of SR. So apologies in advance if I'm not of the "rules only"
fraternity. :)

Ho hum, just my thoughts.

Pete

Heroes or Fools? That's a determination others will make in hindsight. But by
being here now, we make that determination for ourselves, and it's neither.
