I was going through Target: Smuggler Havens and I noticed that they
had a large section on the _Netherlands_. And here, it was our boy
Jon that wrote it. I guess he's learned to Thwap, but not all the
rules.

On that note, here are the names I noticed, did I miss anybody?

Adam (is this you?)
Lady Jestyr
Caric
Bull
Loki

I'm guessing he's talking about Bergen, which is listed under Ports of
Call, page 70. Listed as Nucleus of AG Chemie's Petroleum and gas ops.
Attracts large number of green cells. Many pirates make home here.
Shadow comments mention a reclusive group of dwarfs hiding in on fjords.
Green cells get help from local shapeshifters...And Russian Mob has
established a foot hold.
Amsterdam, Aberdeen, Hamburg, and Kronstadt are also listed.

I don't recall anything of major significance to my eyes. About the only
thing of any importance that I can recall about the United Netherlands was
that apparently major portions of it have flooded (same time that portions
of northern Germany flooded I believe).

I think that also there are a number of...those Proteus AG
arcology/aqualogy hybrids (which I'm not terribly fond of; 3 million people
living in the equivalent of the Sears Tower, which is partially
underwater?)...that are camped out around the general Netherlands coastal
region.

They had a funky name and I can't remember what it was...

Nobody's twigged, (unless they mailed the OTHER site author) so I'll
spill- check www.concetric.net/~evamarie/srmain.htm
You'll find a few more T:SH shadowposters if you nose around.
I'm pretty sure this is "Adam Sheperd" of "Eyewitness", given the
subject matter and the other posters, and the "other authors" current
employment. Recycle, reuse, reduce :)

Erm, you're American, aren't you? It's showing :)

Only one of the cities you listed is in the Netherlands, and the
Bergen you're referring to sure as hell isn't -- that's in Norway,
where they have fjords...

If that's all the info there is, then it's the same [censored] as in
the Germany Sourcebook... There may still be hope for my own
article, then...

> They had a funky name and I can't remember what it was...

Arcoblocks? That's the name the German Germany Sourcebook
uses for them, anyway.

Yep...hey it's been awhile since I've taken Geography. And with out
a good war in the area, I don't look at world maps that often. :)
